At UXB, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy to understand your rights and our procedures for handling returns and refunds.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date you receive your order.

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within this period. Please note that 5% of the total order amount will be deducted as processing and handling charges.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We'll review the issue and resolve it promptly with a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

To exchange a product, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Delivery & Return Shipping Policy

Condition 1 - Personal Return Requests

  • If you return a product within 7 days for personal reasons (change of mind), 5% of the total order amount will be deducted as processing and handling charges.
  • 5% deduction applies for personal return requests
  • Return shipping cost may be deducted from refund or paid directly

Condition 2 - Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional delivery cost to you.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cancellation period. You may return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days
